Nkunj brings thirty years of strategic and operational leadership across engineering, construction, and hospitality in the Middle East. A Civil Engineer by training and an entrepreneur by instinct, he led the regional expansion of major engineering groups across Dubai and Qatar, building operations to a $150 million turnover on iconic infrastructure projects and a people-first leadership discipline.

In 2008 he founded a hospitality consultancy and franchise development venture in Dubai, pivoting his technical precision into premium brand building across the Gulf. He has sat at the table where decisions are made, where markets are opened, and where businesses are built from nothing.

At Valeria Partners, he provides the ground presence, the cultural fluency, and the manufacturer relationships that no remote advisory firm can replicate.

George Bethel M. is a builder in the truest sense of the word. Over twenty-five years he has worked across interior design, architecture, luxury fit-out, and strategic business consulting, with deep roots across the UAE, the Gulf, and the wider Asian market.

He has operated inside the luxury hospitality world at a procurement and specification level, understanding precisely what premium decision-makers require and what makes a manufacturer credible in their eyes. He has been part of manufacturing businesses that moved from regional operations to multi-continent export, and has sat across the table from developers, contractors, and project leads on some of the most demanding built environment projects in the Middle East.

He does not arrive with a template. He arrives with a network, a track record, and a way of seeing markets that only comes from having been inside them.
